Mentoring Matters. It really does.
January celebrates #MentoringMonth and so we would like to shine the light on a couple of our amazing mentors and mentees here at #Shawston.
Mentoring holds such power and impact for both parties involved, developing ideas, encouraging personal growth and success alongside creating a safe space to express each individuals wants and desires within the workplace.
Have a look at the article below where the team at Shawston talk about their mentoring journeys and what it has meant to them.
Have you thought about recognising your #mentor and how they have helped in your development or perhaps you can encourage individuals to become a mentor themselves?

It’s always about the people.
Meet Benjamin Crossley, Sarah Noakes, Chris Thorpe, Mark Spencer and their coach Steve Dannan.
These key individuals began their journey learning about resilience and leadership a year ago. Much growth and development has happened since, but what has remained clear throughout is the bond created by a team of individuals that are striving to do the best they can in their chosen roles and to help their teams succeed.
Learning about resilience is important at #Shawston as we know it helps our people, our communities, and our business to thrive in the face of adversity. It also helps to manage stress and uncertainty, and it continues to help us develop, grow and improve over time.
